In 2025, the global food industry continues to face significant challenges arising from economic uncertainty, volatility in raw material prices, increasingly stringent food safety regulations, and the evolving expectations of modern consumers, who place greater emphasis on quality, health, safety, and transparency from manufacturers. These trends are driving the food industry to continuously advance in production technologies, supply chain management, and the enhancement of sustainability standards.

Despite the high level of volatility in the business environment, demand for healthier food products—particularly plant-based offerings and products free from unnecessary additives—continues to grow steadily. Consumers are increasingly prioritizing environmentally friendly products, socially responsible business practices, and transparent, verifiable information, across both everyday consumer goods and health-oriented lifestyle products. This shift aligns closely with the Company’s strategic direction, which focuses on the development of plant-based products, adherence to internationally recognized manufacturing standards, and the expansion of production capabilities to support both the Company’s own brands and original equipment manufacturing (OEM) partnerships for domestic and international customers.

In 2025, the Company has continued to advance its operations in line with sustainability principles, with a strong focus on food safety, environmental impact reduction, efficient resource utilization, employee capability development, and the maintenance of positive relationships with all stakeholders. The Company complies with multiple international standards across quality management systems, food safety, and specialized consumer requirements, with the aim of strengthening confidence among customers both locally and globally.
